SPARKS AND FLAMES
When in an intimate relationship,
it is bound for one to get so used to the other you begin to take each other
for granted as days, weeks, months and years go by. Here are just a few tricks
to spark up a relationship that tends to be going down the drain as one partner
feels “shy to express him/herself, get upset and still wants to let the other
partner know they are truly upset…” the trick is for whatever you are doing
stay tuned with the “THE PLATINUM RULE”
1. Be nice even when you don't feel like it.
Being real is the basis for any true relationship, but never let telling the truth turn out to be a dish of meanness. For example; if you are tired and frustrated, you take it out on your partner. Here is the trick; letting your partner know you are upset in the most relaxed manner instead of dishing it out on them. Like ’Im feeling really upset that you can say………id like some time alone to………..

2. Vulnerability
Everyone likes to act tough
sometimes and act like “superman” but the fact still remains we are humans. If
it hurts there is absolutely nothing wrong with breaking down and letting your
partner in.
3. Practice open communication
we all have our “up” and “down” moments. In any of these be sure to open up and let your partner know what’s going on inside of you. We all get triggered when someone, especially those closest to us, says or does something that we disagree with, don't like or goes against what WE believe is right. And we react in a number of ways that push others away and kill relationships. THE TRICK is to stop all habitual reactions that cut connection between the both of you.
4. Keep faith
The motivational speaker Zig Ziggler once said... "Whatever you put into your mind is going to come
out." The trick is this focus more on the positive attitudes, sides, character, personality of your partner and less of all the annoying sides.
This is one of the biggest ways to rebuild trust in a relationship.
